Kids Win Cash For ATV and Dirtbike Video’s

Summer has arrived, school is out, and the kids are out spending more time on their dirtbikes and ATVs.  For the third year, the ATV Safety Institute, the Right Rider Access Fund and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Dirtbike School is sponsoring a contest offering 19 prizes totaling $8,500. The contest is open to students from the age of 6 through 18 and all they have to do is create a public service announcement in video format highlighting one or more of the ATV Safety Institute’s Golden Rules or Dirt Bike Riding Tips.

As a way to get both kids and their parents involved in the importance of safety when riding dirtbikes and atvs, it also gives those looking to purchase a dirtbike or atv for their son or daughter a chance to see what is really involved.  Parents don’t realize the age restrictions on atvs and the importance of putting their kids on an age and experience appropriate ATV or dirtbike.

The 19 winners will come from three age categories (6-10, 11-14, 15-18) and two product categories (dirtbike, ATV).  First Place is $500, Second Place is $300 and Third Place is $200; all age and product categories are eligible to win the $2500 Grand Prize.

Videos may be 15, 30 or 60 seconds long and should be uploaded onto YouTube, also an entry form must be submitted on the ASI website. Official video content requirements, rules and entry forms can be found on the following websites: www.atvsafety.org, www.dirtbikeschools.org and/or www.riderfund.org.  Good Luck!
