A Classic Cruiser From Victory: The 2013 Victory Boardwalk

Victory Motorcycles, a company based in Minneapolis, just announced the newest addition to their 2013 Cruiser line-up.  The 2013 Victory Boardwalk falls into the category and classification of Classic Cruiser. Victory currently carries three categories of motorcycles: Classic, Bagger and Touring and then they are broken down further into three different classifications: Attitude, Modern and Classic.

With the widest handlebars of any Victory, a new two-piece seat and a low seat height, the Victory Boardwalk was designed for cruising.  Along with the standard features, Victory is making over 60 accessories available for the Boardwalk, including bags, backrests and windshields, so customers can individualize the bike to their tastes.

The engine in the Victory Boardwalk is the Victory Freedom 106/6 V-Twin, which is a 106 cubic inch V-Twin mated to a 6-speed transmission with overdrive. With a motor that can offer 113.ft.-lb of torque that is fuel-injected and counter balanced, maintenance costs are kept in check with oil changes recommended every 5,000 miles.

Available in either solid black or solid pearl white, chrome is in abundance and can be seen complementing the headlight, gauge housing, handlebars, engine and ignition covers, exhaust, belt guard, fender struts and turn signal housing. Metzler whitewall tires are mounted on 60-spoke, laced chrome wheels; the front are130mm wide and the rear are 150mm wide, for excellent handling, traction and smooth ride.

The low seat height of 25.9 inches makes it easy for nearly every rider to touch the ground and the wide handlebars along with the roomy floorboards provide the rider with a comfortable, relaxed ride.

MSRP for the solid black  Victory Boardwalk is $15,499, while the solid Pearl White starts at $15,899.
