Yamaha Motor Corp., U.S.A. is helping to raise awareness and money for the Honored American Veterans Afield (HAVA) and Feed the Children charities by giving away a Tactical Black Special Edition Rhino 700FI. After raising over $11,000 last year for both charities, Yamaha has starting collection donations at the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show), the largest outdoor industry trade show, and online at: www.yamahaoutdoors.com/rhinoforcharity for the 2013 “Assembled in USA” sweepstakes.
The Yamaha Rhino
The Yamaha Rhino comes straight from the production line at the Yamaha factory in Newnan, GA. The Tactical Black Special Edition Rhino is valued at more than $13,000 and is a Side-by-Side featuring Yamaha’s exclusive Ultramatic ® automatic transmission, the most durable CVT system in the industry and Yamaha’s On-Command ® push-button 2WD, 4WD and 4WD differential-lock system. The Tactical Edition comes in an all-new matte black body with cast aluminum wheels for the 2013 model year.
The Charities
HAVA (www.honoredveterans.org) and Feed The Children (www.feedthechildren.org) will benefit equally from all the money raised from the Yamaha Rhino raffle. HAVA is an organization created to help disabled veterans and soldiers with the healing process through active participation in outdoor sports and Yamaha is proud to be one of the founding sponsors of this great charity. Feed the Children has had the support of Yamaha for over 10 years, receiving over several hundred thousand dollars from Yamaha. The donations from Yamaha have helped the Feed the Children charity to feed tens of thousands of children.
