The New 2013 Yamaha V Star 1300 Deluxe
Yamaha Motor Corporation has just introduced the first midsize motorcycle bagger in production, the all new Yamaha V-Star 1300 Deluxe will be available in Yamaha Dealerships in February of 2013.
The Yamaha Star Line-Up already offers consumers a wide variety of choices when one is looking to purchase a cruiser, but this newest V-Star is unlike any in the past. The Power of V-Star 1300 Deluxe
The Yamaha V-Star 1300 Deluxe is powered by a 1340cc, liquid-cooled engine with fuel injection and aggressive cam timing. The computer-controlled fuel injection offers optimal performance no matter what the temperature or altitude and the cooling system may look air-cooled, but the hidden hoses and internal engine passages keep the engine running at the proper temperature under any conditions. The belt drive offers consumers easy and low maintenance as it gets power from a smooth-shifting transmission.
The Engine, Chassis and Integrated Sound System
The engine is mounted slightly forward in a double-cradle steel frame with four solid mounts and along with the 16-in., 7-spoke, aluminum wheels; this bike feels light and has excellent handling. The driver is protected from the weather with a fork-mounted fairing that is also home to an integrated stereo sound system and GPS. The sound system is satellite radio ready, can be connected wirelessly to Bluetooth or riders can connect their I-pod or I-phone and all this can be controlled right on the left side of the handlebar.
Custom and Storage Features
Front and rear steel fenders give the owner a chance to personalize their motorcycle with some customization. A factory installed heel/toe shifter is mounted to the rider floorboards offering room, comfort and easy shifting. Hard, lockable, color-matched side bags were specifically designed for the V-Star 1300 Deluxe and hold 7.6 gallons each.

The V-Star 1300 Deluxe will be available in Deep Blue at an MSRP of $13690.00 and like most Yamaha’s, comes with a one-year limited factory and the option to purchase the Yamaha Extended Service plan.
