The 2013 Suzuki Sportbike Lineup: The Hayabusa, GSX-R1000, GSX-R750, GSX-R600

The 2013 Suzuki Sportbike line-up now boasts the Brembo Monobloc Front Brake Calipers on all four models: The Hayabusa, GSX-R1000, GSX-R750 and the GSX-R600. These calipers were based on designs used in Moto GP racing and are made of cast aluminum, therefore they are both lightweight and strong. This single forged caliper offers a quicker grip and more control when braking, making the Suzuki sportbike line-up one of the hottest for the 2013 season.  The 2013 Suzuki Sportbike line-up all have 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engines, ranging in cc size from 599 to 1340, come with a 12 month unlimited mile limited warranty and even though they are designed for the race track, riders take them to the streets just as often.

 The Hayabusa

The Suzuki Hayabusa, the biggest of them all with the 1340cc engine, now comes with ABS standard and a drive mode selector that has three different settings depending on rider conditions and preferences.  Color options for the 2013 model year include Glass Sparkle Black/Metallic Oort Gray or Pearl Glacier White/ Metallic Oort Gray with a starting MSRP of $14,399.  There will also be a Limited Edition available in a Marble Daytona Yellow/Glass Sparkle Black for only $14,599.

 The Suzuki GSX-R1000

In celebration of the building of the 1 millionth Suzuki sportbike, the Suzuki GSX-R1000 will come in a special edition version with a limited production of 1985 motorcycles worldwide (the 1985 comes from the year the first GSX-R was introduced to the public). The special edition version of the GSX-R1000 will be Pearl Glazier White and have an MSRP starting at $13,999.  The standard version will be available in Metallic Triton Blue/Glass Splash White or Metallic Mat Black/Glass Sparkle Black with $13,799 as the starting MSRP.  With three position adjustable footpegs and a high grip leather sea for greater sense of stability when accelerating, this bike is perfect for the experience rider.

 The Suzuki GSX-R750

The Sportbike with the 750cc engine as compact as the 600cc, is both lightweight and nimble, giving the rider the ultimate in maneuverability and power.  No special editions needed here, available for nearly $2000 less than the Suzuki GSX-R1000 with a starting MSRP of $12,199, you can get this motorcycle in either Metallic Triton Blue/ Pearl Glacier White or Metallic Thunder Gray / Glass Sparkle Black.

The Suzuki GSX-R600

Although the smallest engine in the Suzuki GSX-R family with a 599cc displacement, this race-proven Sportbike should not be left out of the discussion.  With a race developed suspension, compact wheelbase and lightweight chassis; this is still a great option with a starting MSRP of $11,599.  The two color options available for 2013 are Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White or Peal Mira Red/Pearl Glacier White.
