Sons of Anarchy stars at the 2014 J&P Cycles Rally

What started out as a one day customer appreciation event, turned into a two-day motorcycle rally and in 2014 will expand to a 3-day event, gathering the second largest crowd in the Midwest to a motorcycle rally, only Sturgis attracts more vendors and riders.

Located in Eastern Iowa, the town of Anamosa is the home to J&P Cycles, one of the largest aftermarket motorcycle and accessory retailers in the industry. J&P Cycles carries aftermarket parts for Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Victory motorcycles along with a large assortment of helmets, riding gear and tires. J&P Cycles provides customers with excellent customer service and quality brand products that can be shipped directly to their doors.

The 2014 open house rally will be held from June 27th through June 29th and both Tommy Flanagan (who plays Filip “Chibs” Telford) and Ryan Hurst (who plays Harry “Opie” Winston) on the television show ‘Sons of Anarchy’ will be meeting attendees and signing autographs.

The 2013 Open House Rally brought in 30,000 visitors from over 20 states checking out the great deals and hot new products offered by over 100 vendors.  2014 will be the 35th Anniversary Celebration for J&P Cycles and they are hoping to see 35,000 people find time to attend the event.

Another notable part of the weekend rally are the donations accepted for the Eastern Iowa non-profit Camp Courageous of Iowa, which raised nearly $15,000 in 2013; and the $7000 that was raised and donated to the National Motorcycle Museum.

So if you are looking for a great place to ride in the Midwest next summer, check out the J&P Cycles rally and see Chibs and Opie from the ‘Sons of Anarchy’ the weekend of June 27th.
