Over 30,000 motorcycles and scooters are stolen annually and NavStar has designed a new device to make the recovery of these stolen vehicles easier for law enforcement.
Some of the features of the device include a water-resistance case, a rechargeable battery, the tracking of rate acceleration and can be supported worldwide with 4 GSM frequencies.
