Comfort, Style and Safety are all optimally achieved with the new “Challenger” conversion kit designed to fit the Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 family of motorcycles, with an all-new body design that not only matches the motorcycles, but enhances the original styling behind each bike.
From the front of the motorcycle to the rear of the trike, the bike looks as though it came stock from the factory with flawless bodylines that work on all the Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 models. The trike also used the stock taillights, giving the motorcycle even more of its originality while changing it from a two to three wheeled motorcycle.
Standard features on the Challenger Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Trike Kit include the following:
- Independent Rear Suspension (giving a smoother ride as wheels on the same axle can move independently of each other)
- Over 4 inches of suspension travel that can be operated with the touch of a fingertip (Motor Trike uses their patented air ride suspension)
- A lower spring rate (this along with the on-board air suspension adjustment offers a comfortable ride whether carrying a passenger, a trailer, heavy cargo or rough terrain)
- Disc Brake System
- Torque-Thrust Aluminum Wheels
- The Trunk has a 12 volt power source that can be used for charging computers or phones in a protected environment
- Hinges in the Trunk are hidden external so as not to damage items coming in and out of the trunk nor taking up valuable trunk space
- The Trunk light is mounted on the door to offer optimal light on the cargo instead of underneath the cargo
